2012 Spring Trip
In Spring of 2012, I took several Graduate Students through Hocking Hills State Park, Carter Caves State Park and Red River Gorge National Geological Area to plan for an upcoming multi day field trip for our EEES 2100 Fundamentals of Geology Class

On the way down, we stopped at one of the quarrys in Carey, OH
We camped at the state park, and then hiked from the upper falls over to Cedar Falls. this is mostly Mississippian Black Hand Sandstone, which forms verical cliffs and underlying Fairfield Member shale
